concretecalculatorpro.net@gmail.comThe more context you can give us up front, the faster we can answer. For most kinds of message, this is plenty:
We don't need long context if your question is short. "Hey, the cost calculator is showing zero for Australia — am I missing something?" is a perfectly good email.
A lot of the questions that hit our inbox already have an answer somewhere on the site. If yours might be one of them, the answer comes faster than waiting for a reply:
Calculator pages and the mix guide are reviewed by licensed engineers in each country we cover. If your question is technical and country-specific, mentioning your country in the subject line helps us route the message to the right reviewer.

The reviewers above check the content of the site for technical accuracy. They aren't your engineer-of-record, and emailing them through this site doesn't create an engineer–client relationship. For a structural design that will be permitted, built, or signed off, hire a licensed professional in your jurisdiction directly.
So you don't have to ask:
Your email lands in a real inbox, gets read by a real person, and gets a real reply. We don't enrich your address with marketing data, we don't add you to a drip campaign, and we don't share your message with anyone else. After your question is answered, we keep the thread for up to 24 months in case of follow-up, then delete it. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention picture.
